This system integrates with your website so when you put a client into the system they receive an email to use your online property search feature. This allows you to see the properties they are looking at and get notified when they are ready to see some. On top of this you can setup your Sphere of Influence, or SOI list and receive reminders when it's time to check in with someone.

The system also includes a Drip email system that allows you to stay in contact automatically with your prospects and clients. You can set them up on different schedules as well. Have a buyer that will be ready in a few weeks? Put them on a short term campaign that focuses on obtaining a pre-approval and teaching them the importance of inspections. Met someone at an open house? Put them on your long term buyer campaign and keep in contact with them each week reminding them of who you are so that when they are ready to go, they call you.
