With the subprime market in shambles, it is getting harder and harder to get clients approved for a loan. River City Real Estate has recently introduced a way to solve this problem.
River City Real Estate is currently one of the largest purchasers of investment properties in the St. Louis area. With our Rent to Own program anyone can get into a home, regardless of credit score, past bankruptcies, or foreclosures. People that are interested in buying a home, but are unable to be approved for a loan, are relieved to hear about our program. After filling out a free application, available online, the applicants meet with River City's underwriting staff to discuss their options. Within twenty-four hours a meeting is set up with a River City Real Estate agent to go see pre-selected houses that River City Real Estate has to offer. All houses available are single family homes that have at least three bedrooms, a basement, and need little to no work. They are available throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties.
