Complete the Missouri 24 Hour Course. When you complete the course you will get a certificate. Prices vary from $149-$200. Most schools offer this course in a package with the 48 hour course. |

Take the certificate from the 48 Hour Course, the certificate from the 24 Hour Course, and the verification form that you passed the exam to your broker.He/she will then send that to the MREC. There is an application fee of $50 that must be paid when applying. |

Once your license/temporary license comes in (shouldn't take longer than a week), you take your license to the appropriate association and join the local association and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This requires a $125 application fee and a $30 one time fee to join MARIS (have access to the MLS) and then a $57 fee quarterly. |
